Hi guys so leading on from our crabs that we were just showing you there is a second variation which also works the glute med.  This time it’s like a waltz.  So take driving out to the side, a little tap and then going out in the other direction.   Again you should be feeling it through your glute med nice and slow on the ball of your foot.  If you’re not feeling it in your glutes you’re probably doing it slightly wrong but there’s two great glute exercises for you – your crabs and your waltz.
