High Level Ankle Rehabilitation
Hi guys, Lewis here from POGO Physio. Today I’m just going to show you one of my high level ankle rehabilitation exercises I like. It’s a really challenging stability exercise. It’s helpful at the end stage rehab ankle strain when you’re trying to get back to running. So what we’re going to do is like a simple lunge forward except you’re going to lunge forward onto the boss ball or a duro disc or some sort of unstable surface. So as you land, control and back up. Now we’re going to start with just a simple lunge and then we can progress to going quicker, faster add weights, and then also eyes closed for a high level challenge. We’ve also got side to side and backwards that you can do. Awesome guys.
