The Physical Performance Show: Ed Goddard – AUS Distance Runner

In Podcast (The Physical Performance Show)

In episode 333 of The Physical Performance Show Brad Beer shares a conversation with Ed Goddard AUS Distance Runner in this Featured Performer Episode.

Ed Goddard is a rising Australian distance running star from Mosman, New South Wales, he recently finished 2nd in the half marathon at the 2022 Gold Coast Airport Marathon.

One of the endearing things about Ed is he’s very true to who he is as a person and those that know him know of the “Golden mullet” and the frequent sighting of his Oakley sunglasses on his head.

This is a fun chat sharing around relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), iron deficiency and overcoming those, along with the importance of keeping training fun and sustainable.
