The Physical Performance Show: Braden Currie – Featured Performer: Dual Asia Pacific Ironman Champion, 3x World Multisport Champion

In Podcast (The Physical Performance Show)

In episode 175 of The Physical Performance Show Brad Beer shares a conversation with Braden Currie – Dual Asia Pacific Ironman Champion, 3x World Multisport Champion in this featured performer episode.

Braden Currie’s story starts with growing up on a farm in a small rural community in New Zealand. Braden had hard working parents who taught him that success in life requires relentless commitment through the good times and the bad. At school Braden didn’t fit into the typical education system being diagnosed with dyslexia. Braden was often made to feel isolated and inferior to his classmates. It was a teacher who recognised Braden’s passion and gift for Multisport who directed Braden’s energies and efforts into Multisport.  Braden is currently one of the most respected endurance athletes on the planet.

Braden Currie is the dual Asia Pacific Ironman Triathlon Champion, winning the title in 2018, beating one of history’s greatest triathletes on his Ironman Debut; Javier Gomez and taking the Asia Pacific Title once more in 2019. Braden is a Red Bull athlete, New Zealand off and on road Triathlon Champion, 3x World Multisport Champion, 3x Consecutive Coast to Coast New Zealand Multisport Racing Champion and a loving father and adventurer at heart.
