Why did you become a physio?
I have always been interested in science and health, and grew up playing a variety of different sports. During my own physio rehabilitation for netball injuries as an early teenager, I realised that a career in physio could offer me the perfect combination of science, health and sport. I am passionate about helping people get back to their physical best, to continue pursuing the things they love.
Eliana grew up in New Zealand and moved to the Gold Coast with her family in 2006. After completing high school, she continued on to study at Griffith University for the next 5 years. Eliana completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018, her Masters of Physiotherapy in 2020, and joined the POGO team in early 2021.
Good coffee, books & beaches.
My current favourite beach is Hamilton’s Gap on the Awhitu Peninsula, New Zealand.
