Celeste Goodson has been helping change the way women and elite athletes recover postpartum since 2009. Celeste is the founder of Recore fitness and the fit splint device, a wonderful device to support women pre and postpartum.

Celeste shares around how pregnant women move differently, why it’s important to take a proactive approach postpartum and not just wait for an issue to potentially develop. Celeste explains the musculoskeletal changes that occur through pregnancy and why rebuilding is not only for those with obvious problems such as diastasis recti, prolapse stress incontinence, etc.

Celeste outlines why and when it’s important to see a pelvic floor physiotherapist, basic postpartum building blocks and Celeste overcomes the myths around this area and issues a very practical physical challenge for the week.
