Ben Cormack owns and runs Cor-Kinetic. He is a musculoskeletal therapist with a clinical background in sports therapy, rehabilitation, pain science & exercise for the past 15 years. Ben specialises in a movement & exercise-based approach with a strong education component and patient centred focus. Ben is a highly popular international presenter who has delivered conference presentations and courses all over the world. Just recently, Ben has also teamed up with former Expert Edition guest of The Physical Performance Show Adam Meakins and together they are launching a project named The Better Clinician project aimed at helping equip clinicians worldwide get better results for their patients or clients.

During this episode Ben will share with you that what we feel with regards to pain does not necessarily determine the state of our bodies or how we should necessarily act. Ben shares some really wise insights as a Physical Therapist around how we need to perceive pain, the misconceptions that exists when we are in pan and how the medical system can best assist people in pain and help get them back on their physical best.
