Qualifications
Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movements and Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Secondary Education (HPE), and Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Why did I become a remedial massage therapist?
I have always loved all forms of sport, so studying Exercise Physiology and Sport Science felt like a natural path for me. While I was at university, I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage to complement my other studies and allow me to work more closely with people to support their performance, recovery and overall well-being.
About Yourself
I’m a mother of five — three of my own children and two stepchildren — and have a strong passion for sport, health and fitness both personally and professionally.
Passions/Interests
I love camping, spending time by the ocean, being with my dog, travelling, and staying involved in sport.
