Aleks BaruksopuloSportsMed Podiatrist

Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry), Bachelor of Science (Biomedical)

Why did you become a Podiatrist?

I was interested in human movement and how it affects musculoskeletal conditions of the lower limb. I was also heavily into sport from a young age, mainly Basketball, and like many athletes spent a lot of time in Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Sports Medicine clinics. I find I can easily relate and sympathise with injured patients and really enjoy helping them get back to what they do faster.
